In the event that items are not delivered for any reason within 10 days of receiving payment (excluding the period required by the specific payment medium), Shop Mate BD will refund the customer using the same method (debit card, credit card, bank transfer, mobile financial service, etc.). The customer will get a notification of the reimbursement through email, SMS, phone, or any other available means.

Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, a shopmatebd return specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within one day, and a credit will be applied to the payment method used within 10 days after approval of your return.
